The AQUASIL^® is a proprietary blend, manufactured of nonhazardous materials and is made to fit the chemistry of the particular wastewater. All AQUASIL^® products are highly hydrophilic and used in either batch or continuous processes. Our products have high capacity to simultaneously take up contaminants present in waste streams, and they are applied directly at either the low, neutral, or moderately high pH. Use of AQUASIL^® products eliminates problems encountered in the application of liquid chemicals in conventional practice. AQUASIL^® products can lower the levels of hexavalent chromium, phenol, arsenic, selenium, boron, molybdenum, phosphorus, fluoride, COD, and total dissolved solids, TDS. As well, AQUASIL^® products overcome problems associated with hardness and the presence of complexing or chelating agents, surfactants, and detergents.
